- This warranty covers hardware defects that arise under normal use and conditions.
- The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or external factors such as power surges.

Returns Policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Returns are accepted if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You received the wrong item.
- Returns are not accepted if:
- Any components (modules, power adapters, cables, mounting kits, software, etc.) are missing.
- The item shows signs of misuse, tampering, or physical damage after delivery.
- Original serial numbers, tags, or warranty seals have been removed or altered.
- The return is due to a change of mind on used items (unless pre-approved).
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items
- All DoA items will be thoroughly inspected upon return to verify the issue.
- You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide proof of purchase.
2. How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@epanda.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Carefully repackage the item with all original accessories and packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA instructions.
3. Refunds & Replacements
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee may apply for non-defective items returned for reasons such as "change of mind."
5. Return Shipping Costs
